Versace, Versace, Versace….MK?

So we all know MK spent 2BN $ of money that we are not going to ask the origins of buying Versace.  They also bought Jimmy Choo last year.

MK is expanding into the luxury market by acquisition.  All great purchases (brand wise not touching pricing) but how do they fit into the MK culture?

MK makes its money selling bags with big MK logos as discount luxury items in outlet shops.  So how is Versace going to live along side MK? Same question to Jimmy Choo.

Fit is the most important thing.  Its like a transplant; if the organ is not a fit the organism will reject it and possibly die.

Will be interesting to see what happens to these two iconic brands over the coming years with MK.
